Pickup & Hours

Pick up at the shop during business hours (10 AM – 5 PM daily). Return by closing time on your last day.

Trail Access

We're 500 feet from the trailhead. Ask us about current conditions and recommended routes for your skill level.

Rental Policy

Terms & Conditions

Reservations
  • • Online pre-paid reservations guarantee bike availability
  • • Bikes not reserved in advance may be booked on the spot — contact us for availability
  • • Bikes may be unavailable due to weather or servicing needs
Pickup & Return
  • • Rentals are for a single calendar day, up to 6 hours
  • • Pickup as early as 30 minutes before opening (10 AM daily)
  • • All bikes must be returned by 4:00 PM
Cancellations
  • • By you: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before pickup. No refunds within 48 hours.
  • • By us: If we must cancel due to weather or mechanical failure, we'll offer a substitute bike or a full refund. We are not responsible for losses or inconvenience.

What to Bring
  • • Required: Valid U.S. driver's license (we'll copy it for our records)
  • • Required: Valid credit card (not debit) for collateral
  • • Required: Your own helmet — or borrow one of ours
  • • Optional: Pedals and cycling shoes. Let us know pedal type in advance if you need loaners
  • • Riders under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the agreement
Agreement & Waiver

Each rider must sign a rental agreement and waiver at pickup — one agreement per bike. The actual rider of the bike must sign. Each person must provide their own photo ID and credit card.

Recoup Your Rental Fee

The cost of your first demo/rental can be applied toward the purchase of a bike within one year. We keep your rental info on record — no receipt needed.
