Questions & answers
Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
Not for most services. Drop-ins are welcome. For full overhauls or specialty work during busy season, calling ahead helps us give you an accurate timeline.
Do you service all brands?
Yes. We work on every brand—Trek, Specialized, Santa Cruz, Ibis, Surly, Bianchi, Yeti, and everything in between. Kids bikes to e-MTBs.
How long does a tune-up take?
Tune-ups are generally ready next day with an appointment. Full overhauls may take longer — we'll give you a specific estimate at drop-off.
What's the e-bike surcharge for?
E-bikes require extra care around the motor, battery compartment, and electrical connections. The $45 surcharge covers the additional time and training required.
Can I watch my bike being worked on?
We do our best to keep you informed and are happy to explain the work we're doing. To keep our service department safe and efficient, we ask that customers stay out of the service bay unless given permission.
Do you offer any warranty on repairs?
Yes—we stand behind our work. If something we adjusted or repaired isn't right, bring it back and we'll make it right at no charge.
